The event held recently at the Westchester Country Club showcased the region’s top chefs as they prepared dinners for attendees, who bid on various items offered by Westchester businesses.

“The goal of The March of Dimes is for every baby to be born healthy and does a myriad of things to ensure every baby has the best chance possible to be born healthy and to thrive,” said Greg Petrillo, event chair and vice president of Yonkers Contracting Company, Inc. “Four million babies are born healthy, thanks in part to March of Dimes educational materials and programs, advocacy, and awareness campaigns.”

Kris Ruby, chief executive officer of the Westchester-based Ruby Media Group and Jeremy Schaap, on-air commentator, were masters of ceremonies for the event. “I am thrilled to emcee this event for such a worthwhile cause,” said Ruby. “Ruby Media Group has had a long relationship with The March of Dimes and we look forward to helping aid in the cause of increasing awareness of the March of Dimes mission to improve the health of babies globally.”
