WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Westchester County residents are significantly less likely to be married by the age of 26 according to a recent study by The New York Times.
Westchester residents are 8 percent less likely to be married by 26 than the national average. Most traditionally liberal and progressive hubs like Chicago, San Francisco and Washington, D.C. followed a similar pattern, The Times reported.
Areas where marriage before the age of 26 is more prevalent included large swaths of Middle America as well as Utah, The Times study said.
