ARDSLEY, N.Y. -- Arnav Krishna, a fifth grade student at Ardsley Middle School, will be a participant in the second season of Lifetime's competition series, "Child Genius: Battle of the Brightest," premiering Thursday, Jan. 7, at 8 p.m.

Photo Credit: SubmittedThe competition, which takes place over ten weeks, tests the nation’s brightest young minds on their knowledge of subjects such as math, spelling, geography and current events.
The competitors will be vying for a $100,000 grand prize and the title of Child Genius 2016.
