Secret Behind WBC's Success: After opening White Plains restaurants Graziella's and Blue with family members, Angelo Difeo of West Harrison set out on his own to create specialty burgers. "I've been in the business my whole life,'' DiFeo said, having learned his way around the kitchen from his mother, a chef for four decades.
