The Scoop: There aren't many places you can find a vegan sundae but at The Blue Pig, they aim to please. Ice cream is made from milk/cream from the Dutchess County co-op Hudson Valley Fresh meaning it's free of hormones and antibiotics. Fruits and herbs are sourced from local farms-- even from The Blue Pig's own rooftop garden. Expect 16 rotating flavors like peppermint stick and honey vanilla with lavender.
