Registration Open For Hudson Valley Restaurant Week

HUDSON VALLEY, N.Y. -- Registration is now open for restaurants to participate in the highly anticipated Spring Hudson Valley Restaurant Week. Celebrating its 10th year, this culinary event has celebrated the region’s distinct and diverse cuisine, emphasizing New York State sustainable, seasonal products.

HVRW features prix fixe, three-course dinners priced at $29.95 and lunches at $20.95. In the most recent restaurant week, more than 200 participating restaurants served an estimated quarter of a million patrons. HVRW restaurant participants report an average of at least 25% increase in business during each event; collectively the event generated an estimated economic impact of $10.2 million in sales revenue. 

A spring HVRW launch event will be held on Monday, February 29, 2016 at Xaviar’s X20 on the Hudson and will feature tastings from local restaurants, farms, wineries, distilleries and breweries.

HVRW is a biannual event that runs for two weeks, March 7-20, 2016 and November 1-13, 2016. Participating restaurants are located throughout six New York State counties, including Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Ulster, Rockland and Westchester, spanning 114 miles.
