The play, according to the company, centers around a gay man named Henry who flies from New York to Florida to attend the funeral of a man called a "father figure he never knew."

An overview of the play, highlighting its timeline in LGBT history, states the following: "Set in 2012, somewhere between the dusk of the worst days of the AIDS crisis and the dawn of marriage equality, Two Henrys is a humor-laced drama about guilt and grief, perceptions and prejudices and the urge to find family."

That figure is the father of Henry's deceased partner of the same name, who died of AIDS 15 years prior to the play's events. The play covers how Henry will relate to his loved one's family, likening the experience to a coming out.

Jones will be performing the Armonk reading.

The reading is set for 7:30 p.m, and will be held in the library's Whippoorwill Hall. Admission is $10 per person and a Q&A session will be held. The library is located at Kent Place.
