Junior Golf Tournament Comes To Armonk's Brynwood Golf And Country Club

ARMONK, N.Y. – The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour’s (HJGT) next event will be held in Armonk Monday, July 27 and Tuesday, July 28 for the New York Summer Classic at Brynwood Golf and Country Club.

The New York Summer Classic is open to all golfers between the ages of 11-18. The event will be ranked by the Junior Golf Scoreboard (JGS). Winners in each division will receive an exemption into the 2015 National Championship December 5-6. Top 10 finishers receive points towards year-end honors, which include state teams, ALL HJGT teams and the Hurricane Cup.

This event is a two-day, 36-hole event. Both rounds will begin with a single tee start from 8-10:30 a.m. Registration fees for members are $209 and $254 for non-members.

Based out of Jacksonville, Florida, the HJGT administers events across the nation, with stops in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Connecticut and more.
