KATONAH, N.Y. -- Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts will be hosting a kickoff celebration to mark the opening of its "In the Garden of Sonic Delights" exhibition on Saturday, June 7 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The day offers visitors the chance to fully experience all of the 10 pieces of art installed on Caramoor’s grounds and includes the added benefit of interacting with the artists who put it all together.

In the Garden of Sonic Delights will be open from Saturday, June 7, through Sunday Nov. 2. The Sonic Delights Festival will be on Sunday, July 20. Regular exhibition hours of operation are from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursdays through Sundays.

“In the Garden of Sonic Delights is a major exhibition of sound art woven into the fabric of Westchester County," said Stephan Moore, the curator.

A schedule and rundown of events for the kickoff is below.

Opening Performance: Begins at 1 p.m. Features Eli Keszler, an accomplished composer percussionist and Sonic Delights artist, performing a new musical piece within his installation, "Catenary." The piece will feature bass clarinetist Lea Bertucci, cellist Leila Bodreuil and electric guitarist Reuben Son.
