Byram Hills Preschool Association Holding Fitness Night At Equinox

ARMONK, N.Y. -- The Byram Hills Preschool Association (BHPA) is kicking off the new year with a health and fitness night at Equinox on Wednesday, Jan. 14, at 7:45 p.m.

Equinox is at 99 Business Park Drive, Armonk.

Event speakers include Penny Geller – registered dietitian, certified personal trainer at Equinox and a fellow BHPA mom and Amy Berman, owner of Bewies Holistic Market.

Participants will learn how to fuel the body to achieve weight loss and optimal energy, and how to maintain it. Workout tips to work out smarter will also be offered.

Light food will be provided by Bewies and there will be chair massages courtesy of Equinox Spa.

Arrive early to work at Giovanna’s Bootcamp Class at 6:30 p.m.

Items will be raffled off including a month free membership to Equinox and a complimentary spa treatment at Equinox.
