The free event (food and beverage are pay as you go) takes place around the corner from the Peekskill Brewery (which incidentally brews a signature beer exclusive for the festival) at Peekskill's Riverfront Green Park. Aside from fresh local fare as well as area-sponsored crafts and trades, there is -- for the first time --  a strong focus on making the celebration as eco-friendly as possible. Expect a carry in-carry out policy and a spotlight on recycling.

Also new this year is the VIP ticket which allows early entry to the festival along with access to exclusive brews only available in the catered VIP Lounge. This also includes a special swag bag. For more information or to purchase tickets visit the website.

Musical guests, sponsored by 107.1 The Peak and 100.7 WHUD, include twin Forks, Mary C and the Stellars, Evan Watson, The Big Takeover, Scars on 45, Rebecca Haviland and Whiskey Heart.

A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the beer will be donated to the Riverkeepers and their mission of cleaner water for the Hudson Valley.

The event is generously supported by Northern Westchester Hospital.
