Before joining Vanguard, he led MacNeal Health Network in Berwyn, Ill. as President and CEO for 21 years. McGuinness received his bachelor’s degree from University of Notre Dame and his master’s degree from George Washington University. McGuinness will be relocating to the Hudson Valley with his wife, Gail.
